“This was an intense experience with hiking through the state park, rock climbing, and rappelling 100 feet down into the Goblin’s Lair, with an optional crawl through a tunnel to exit the chamber. Our guide Elsie and her assistant Amanda were very knowledgeable about the area and how to do everything we were doing safely. They provided all the equipment did a practice run with everyone on how to rappell, and encouraged us to take breaks and drink water after particularly strenuous portions of the day. It was hard but it was a lot of fun!”
